Three scientists, led by the mysterious Dr. Josef Stiggins, have just developed a formula to make the user younger. Hoping that "younger" means mid-twenties, the scientists test the formula on themselves, only to have something go wrong that causes them to turn into 6 year olds. Now the only way to return to normal is to take the antidotes, but it is being held by a group of evil thugs who will only return it in exchange for the original formula.
