In this early-60's CFF production, Tim, the son of a London police detective, travels to Amsterdam to visit his pen-pal, Piet. While there, the two boys stumble upon a ring of diamond smugglers, led by an Englishman operating as a tourist guide. After several mishaps, including getting captured by the thieves, the boys eventually foil his plans and bring the rogues to justice, the whole affair culminating in a thrilling boat chase.
