A property developer wants to eject an elderly gentleman from his home so he and the lot where kids have a playground can be converted away from eyesore status, thus increasing property values on his new development. When his son is scraped in a tussle over a Frisbee, he takes the opportunity to use a lawsuit to force the gent to sell. The local kids find this all not to their liking, and they eventually vow not to take any baths until the man is restored to his home.
